Staff Terri Wayham, Administrator
Terri Wayham came to Christian Village in 1990, becoming Administrator in 2002. Terri is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Christian Village, including developing and implementing the budget, overseeing all employees and resident matters, HUD compliance and marketing the property. Terri has an open door policy that contributes to her goal for Christian Village to have a warm and welcoming environment that is conducive to a high quality of life for senior citizens. Richlynn Golden, Resident Manager
Richlynn came to Christian Village in 2005. She is primarily responsible for showing the property to prospective residents, processing applications, leasing apartments, and maintaining the applicant waiting list. Applicants and family members may contact Richlynn either by e-mail or by telephone, and she will be happy to discuss requirements for moving to Christian Village. Pat King, Service Coordinator
Pat has been at Christian Village since June, 2003. As service coordinator, she is responsible with assisting residents in many areas including home health care services, blood pressure/glucose screenings, energy assistance, prescription assistance, Medicare/Medicaid issues, etc. Randy Dumas, Maintenance Supervisor
Randy has been at Christian Village since 2003. He is responsible for building maintenance, landscaping, computer technical assistance, supply acquisitions, and vendor contacts. Sammy Garza, Maintenance
Sammy came to Christian Village in 1999. Sammy is responsible for assisting with all maintenance tasks, along with refurbishing vacant apartments. |
